    Is snipers really needed in a pt even tho they are not in top tier dps? why?

    They aren’t “needed” as in a core spot on the team in comparison to Ice witch or Soul Eater if that’s what you mean.

    Sniper is is a good dps class, but it isn’t a staple among raid lineups

      ohh i see i just saw someone paging for snipers for Rune perma PT. thats why i think that way. btw what are the raid line ups class?

      I would pick the following classes


      Soul eater
      Elestra
      Heal
      Tank
      Warrior
      Lancea
      Archer / Machina
      Assassin

    Raid composition is basically getting as many different buffs and debuffs and spreading debuff responsibility equally among classes, since every unique base class is essentially a 5-10% dps increase for the whole party.
