Spirit back to level 1?

Before transfer my spirit was level 5. It is now back to level 1 ?

i didn't realize the were reset because of another bug that doesn't show spirit for a few people
i truly just read this post went to check and i see mine is lv 1 again

Same thing happened to me, my lucky blue courier bird bird is back at level 1 and I can't see it either.
