Anyone know what is going on? I got blocked error 1002. I can't even log in website too. Help~! Anyone HELP~!! My ING is ZeminJiang.

HI~ GM Nest,

I NEVER ask for a refund for anything, That must be a mistake. I am enjoying the game so much, and I even charge 500 for Black Friday event in 11-16-2017. I have no reason ask for a refund. Is there anything I can do to prove I didn't ask for the refund and unblocked the account?
