Regarding Spin-offs

Regarding spin-offs are there any plans of them being able to use class change scroll in the future. I understand that the reason spin offs weren't able to use cc was because they were meant to be a limited edition thing and only available during the month a new spin off comes out. However as some of you might have notice- during the time period of pre-Oracle patch and post ray patch ( meaning there were updates between them) we were able to create any spin off that we desire. This means we can now create a spin off at anytime now so it takes off the whole limited edition thing removing the reason why cc could not be use on spin off. So will there will any changes regarding this since this occur? :O thanks have a nice day~♥

No, the whole reason why spin-off classes can't use cc scrolls is because the devs want you to actually play the class instead of just ccing.
