Yes, the rewards stack so you would get all the rewards from $50-$400 so you would get 2 weapon coupons (rajuul, velskud, Iona, gerant) but you would need to charge (any ec or et charged before the event does not count) and then spend all $400 worth of et or ec for it to count, 399,000 ec spent will not count as $400.
