Do the black friday rewards stack up?

If I were to spent 100 dollars would I get both the slayer shoe box and slayer glove boxes with 2x conversion coupons or would i have to spend 150 dollars to get the rewards(50 dollars for the slayer shoe box reward package and 100 dollar for the slayer glove box package)?

Yes, they stack. If you spent $300 you'd get the $300 reward plus the ones prior to it as well.
