All I know is that Gerrant is the only one with a heal. Can't tell for the others :C I don't even know if the heal scales on Dmg, Max HP of ally or if Fixed

pretty late but i have gerrant and his heal is not based on dmg it heals 15% hp every tick (2 ticks standard) so 30% hp with a 1 sec cd
now if you have shard of will with its action speed buff it becomes 3 ticks so 45% hp and if any other action speed buffs are given it should give more ticks.
