People are saying you'll have to message your provider to whitelist the domain. Don't believe it's a problem on Eyedentity's side

Rain , It's not something that would be on your mind in a situation like that though. Unpopular providers blocking emails from the DN domain is not something that I would have expected and not something that is hard to fix. Although it will take a lot of time if they've already sent emails to the providers blocking the emails from being received.

... for a email to block a company it kinda werid in some sense. Like there binch of useless app company who can easily send you mail thousands of times. It does not make sense for a email company to block a company from sending a e-mail.
In the end I think it's more the company might be part of the blame. Looks like they blocking mail out to some mail company, not the other way around.

If this company is in korea. It makes even more sense. Since I have this kind of problem with other korean games. They only accept gmail, (from my experiences.) If this company is in korea.. then we might have to wait a whole lot of while. Probably weeks...

I'm probably reading it wrong but I don't think Eyedentity wouldn't allow people who use unpopular email providers from playing their game. If they're already looking for a solution then it doesn't make sense for them to do so. Could be an issue on both sides since actual spam isn't filtered correctly most of the time either.
Working...
