Account got block with 1002 Error

Account got block with 1002 error this morning. Can any GM unblock me ASAP? It is very annoyed got mistake block like this. I try to enjoy the game. I try to finish some dungeon before reset. Please just check twice before block. That very affect my gaming experience. Thank you. My IGN is ZeminJiang.
