    DrTed Problem is : IDN HC 4-man = 8-man Abyss in terms of ''difficulty'' (some mechs are easier with 8 people, some harder but it's the same stuff) We have unnerfed IDN right now, the amount of HP of these bosses are huge in HC due to that. The moment we get nerfed version, any team able to clear unnerfed Abyss will clear nerfed HC actually lol, if they can afford the 0 rev

      Yikes, that's a bummer. I guess that's why they made the clear event (not just because of opening transfer event but I guess to pilot un-nerfed version here).

      IDN 8 norm is x2-x3 difficulty of idn 4 hc. hc 8 man is like x5 difficulty of 4 man hc C:

    bump. I'd like a response from Eyedentity if they have any plans to address this. it's a problem that lots of players seem to agree on and looking at the responses it seems like this has been going on for a while but hasnt been fixed yet.

    my suggestion for a quick fix:
    - increase gold drops in nest so that its significantly higher than what you get from dungeons. (time:gold ratio for an average run should much higher than what you'd get in a dungeon) <- least effort solution

      It's been like that for quite awhile. The only good time to make in the lv90 cap was when the transcendent altheums were super expensive. Those who did the Citadel of Erosion benefited alot from it. I made 5-6k a week during that time while playing only 6 hours a week doing it as all 20 of my alts, now it's no longer worth doing ever since the market for it crashed.

      ​​​The only static way to make decent gold is by farming as multiple alts (20+) to make at least 700g every 5 days from Apples of Life. Besides that if you want to make decent or an above average amount of gold, you need to either farm or hope that RNGsus works within your favor. Most of the players who can constantly afford FD either spend alot of money on the game or get really lucky with proc'ing really good plates, talisman or other 3rd stat equips. They may also be gold buyers.

      Even if you find really good stuff in dungeons, you probably have to hope you roll on a golden chest at the right time or hope that you get the highest roll for a pub party. Too much RNG! That's the problem, too much gold income comes from RNG or super-risky gambling(using RNG to get something better or waste weeks worth of work to get nothing good in return). This was a massive downfall for dailies during the lv70 cap while ladder was good for those who had multiple mains and didn't like grinding for hours on end just to make it out of the poverty line in DN.

      I just had to stop running Nests at some point during the lv70 & 80 cap since it was extremely underwhelming trying to get gold at all without no-life-ing the living crap out of the game. Dungeons are okay for some of the rewards, but I still think that paying more for repairs than what you get in a dungeon run is absolutely ridiculous.

        bump.

        i think adding nest specific crafting mats would be good to craft gear like say nest specific crests or talismans. maybe have nest mats to craft gear with very low drop rate like cor nura. if someone gets lucky they can get it but then another way is to use mats to craft the armor or weapon. i think thats better than just rng drops.
