About error 1002 block

My acc blocked in 12/15 and have not blocked for now, and they said last words is"Unfortunately we are still waiting for a response from the related department" in 12/21, for now I got nothing. I miss lots of stuff in game, and all says is that we need to wait. I just wanna to know how long they want us to wait for this without an answer?

Just keep pestering them. Might also add that some staff might be out for christmas holidays.
Also, i am unsure if you did buy or sell gold, but if you did, say goodbye to your account unless you are someone who buys EYET. Then they may show some compromise.
