I dont think more tickets about the same problem are going to change anything... it just gives them more work to do in order to answer your ticket instead of trying to fix the problem. My ticket about the issue was answered this morning and they said Please be advised that we are aware of this issue and our Dragon Nest technical team is working to fix it as soon as possible.
It is a bit concerning that you cant submit tickets at all though

it doesn't take 6 days to fix this problem, either follow the format of email domain and use an open network ip address, or validate all accounts. Trying to get white listed by all email providers is way to time consuming. Not to mention the lack of customer support.
