About Barbarian buff

Hey there, I just wanna know that does barbarian get a buff for real? I really doubt about it cause there was no difference of dmg dealing with stomp, bone cleaver, fist and such after the patch....By the way, im really appreciated the change of class mastery II, the only thing u changed in this patch i believe.

not playing barb, but heard it was buffed to be top tier DPS in other servers after same patch
