Is the Grand Cross buged?

I have been playing the inquisitor for a while and i feel like in the last update the Grand Cross isn't registering hits properly.
is it my imagination or am i missing something?
i feel like it is doing no damage.

Nope, it's hit limit was reduced to 6 now.

It doesn't get 'fixed', it was nerfed into oblivion.

It's only bugged in the sense that the hitbox is glitchy as hell (constantly flying past enemies without a care in the world, or only registering one hit). And this particular behavior hasn't even yet been fixed in kDN either.

so why did they nerf it wasn't really op.
also how am i suppose to play him now it was my main dps.
