Tech or Lgrade/Limit Nest Accessories?

I am a warden currently sitting at 282k mdmg with 48% ice.

Should I keep my techs (two rings with ele% dmg +crit, and ele% dmg + vit earring. Total of 15% ice dmg)?
Or should I swap to lgrade/limited nest ones?

If I were you, I'd replace your earring with Determination if you can get one and then let one of those tech rings go for a Genesis ring if you can afford it.
