Some yahoo mail users were able to receive their e-mails. However, all other e-mail providers (excluding gmail/hotmail, examples being mail.com, etc.) are NOT receiving verification e-mails at all. Every time we submit a ticket we just receive a generic response of "All e-mail issues have been resoled except for AOL users." That is NOT the case. Please spend time to read the tickets or at least allow us to change our registered e-mails. Perhaps compensate players who have lost their accounts and have screenshots to prove losses if recovery will never happen.
A lot of players are about to lose their accounts that they invested so much time and money into. These players will most likely quit than start all over again, since there is the fear that the loss may repeat itself.
