her email has the same password as DN account and the hacker changed email too

i assume someone either peep or hack her laptop to stole the login email and password, then the thief changed both her password and 4 number pin.

Unfortunately, she's using same password for both DN account and her email, so the guy easily changed her DN's related email address. I will send a ticket later.
