Missing Irine's Gift

I'm so sick and mad that ED can't even give us something that we buy. I have 2 chars with V.eye.P and for 3 days i didn't receive Irine's Gift. I sent tickets but nothing was solved, ED and their staff is a bunch of lazy guys doing nothing behind their computers. I'm just wondering when will they """""fix"""" this.
