So 4th times not getting eggs, and I sent like few tickets to dragon nest and the ticket numbers to GM. I got few eggs back from the report, like 5 ,then that same day it happened again not getting eggs. Your items not working, I told GM to fix it. GM told me it's an old item, it broke few patches ago and GM told me tech teams are too lazy to fix it. I then asked GM again, he said they won't fix it. Today the march 6th/18, the EYE T payment method not working. So i ask someone to fix it, and someone did respond. As soon as i ask then about daily eggs and broken items, they disconnected me. Really, like fore real? The game is lagging, not getting rewards sometime and all that bugs. We are paying to play this game, not like asking much but at lease fix the bugs. The bots are more than players now, so war on bot? Really?

The old item are the 70 special dragon gems,the dragon skill gems you put on headgear. Yes, I do understand is an old item. But you can't just be like, hey it's broken we won't fix it. What if that happen with the desert dragon L ring or radiant set. They are old items, but that' doesn't mean you can just break it and not fix it. -
And this is how a community die u__u I saw too many server die for problems like this. I'm getting to hard lag and disconnetions, even I see lots of bots around farming, saturating the server without players. I would be glad that this game back to a better company. But they seem to very miser to do that.Comment
