If anyone has not noticed a NOTE* was added in to the enhance event notice pretty late: AFTER everyone's gone and bought tons of jellies and mats at ridiculous prices...well done, gold botters and gold sellers. Who in ED is making money out of this scam? Anyway here you all go:

The enhance event if for lvl 93 gear. It won't work for gear past +13(which basically means its for lvl 93):

Enhancement success rate will be boosted up to 30% during the event period.

But why are you saying 93 gear? It's obviously for 95 gear since the only 93 gear anyone would enhance is Rune and those won't enhance past +10 anymore.

My first 3 tries were on my +10 Medea t2 cannon, all fails. -_-

That.... is Fraud at it's finest. I never saw that note when the event was first announced. Also pretty sure the event team in ED knows getting a small boost in refine for only 3 enhance levels doesn't amount up to much considering how often players can still fail if the refine boost is multiplicative.

RubyArt - Other than the first 3 tries on my weapon, the rest of my 24 enhancements were successful. I enhanced t1 & t2 Medeas, so it definitely works on 95s.

Gratz! Since t1 and t2 medea have a base success rate of 70% you should have had with this event, 91% success each try up to 13. Unfortunately, I can't say the same. Which makes me doubt the base %of 70 or 50

Wait if you thought this actually worked all the way to +20 your either a new player or don't ever pay attention to events. The enhance event is literally coded that way to stop working after +13, their not scamming us...

If you really think players should know how everything in a game is coded, you need to have your head examined. Either that, or you are just sucking up to the GMs. A better reaction from them would have bee: "sorry guys, we made a mistake with this event. It's only coded up to lvl 93 gear and hence, won't work past +13 or on 95 gear"
Or even better, hire someone to make changes to the code- a simpler and more honest solution.

In any case, its a straightforward case of fraud- they added a note yesterday, after players trying to get their gear to Calypso +20 went and bought tons of jellies and mats driving up the prices ridiculously high. This is why Nexon was a FAR FAR better manager of the game than these retards will ever be. And you can say so to them.

Not fraud. It's how the event has always been coded. You should be greatful they mentioned it before new players realized this for the first time. Event still doesn't start for like 23 hours anyways.

epykun, you are wrong. If they care about new players they would put that Note up long before the very last seconds. Don't tell lies like this epykun, btw the event already started plz... and get your facts together before you type it out. The way they do it is to make you buy all the jelly, when they make enough money. Yes, time to change the event. You are right about one thing though, the lag, bots, gold buyers, bugs it's always been like this. If they really care about new players like you said they do, they would fix those problems like a year ago.

They know 95 gear is guaranteed till +10. why give us an event only valid for 3 enhancement lvls when lvl decrease is no longer a thing. other than to try and bait players into buying jelly because they would fail to mention the limit and our community doesn't really communicate how these events tend to work to newer players....

Only real use of this event is that it's making crafting fusion cubes slightly easier... yet people seem to be unaware of this because their trying to sell them absurdly high rn... why buy them at 4-8k when you can make them for 1k-2k each assuming you have time to grind out the mats/gear needed...

but outside of that small thing literally no one is taking advantage of... yeah makes it look pretty hard to say they weren't intentionally bait dangling for some easy cash off more naive players.

There is not a single company on earth that does not put up statements like this, that still doesn't preclude them from being called to court for fraud. That's why there's something called a consumer's court. But adding a note at the last minute is not something any company that values honesty and integrity would do.  If you have no problem with this, or you have problem with people calling them out on something unethical. then you need to examine your ethics. I would hate to be the person who has any dealings with you(like most people in game do) ...haha.

Actually, they don't. You can successfully file a fraud complaint in this instance, you just won't get to keep your account after you get your money back. Just because something is in the ToS doesn't mean it will be legally binding. Many companies put illegal statements in contracts/ToS to try and dissuade people who don't know their rights from taking action.

First, that is completely false. Just because it's written in the ToS doesn't mean you cannot bring it to court and have your case reviewed by a judge. Secondly, you don't need to enter a court of law for this to be handled, a simple call to your bank will suffice. If a Contract/ToS has written in something that is not legal, it holds no weight in a court of law. ED cannot false advertise and mislead customers as they choose just because you signed a ToS. Everything in a ToS must be legal and if
