Where can I exchange goddess teardrops?

I recently got back into the game after a couple of years and I still have a bunch of goddess teardrops. In the description it says to go to a goddess lamant store to exchange them, but whenever I go there I don't see an option? I checked Honest ed and the Priestess, none of which had the option to exchange goddess teardrops into goddess lamants. Does anyone know if there is a specific npc I need to talk to? Or do I need to progress through the story line or need to do a type of function to be able to exchange them?

Look for Point Exchange store on those NPCs.

All obsolete items (Goddess Teardrop, Goddess Lament etc) may be converted into points which you can spend in Dungeon/Nest point shop.

No no, thats not what I'm asking. I know Goddess laments can be converted into points for the dungeon and nest shop. Goddess teardrops on the other hand, there is no option. It says in the description I can echange them here but I don't see an option here or can't find the npc to find it. I checked Honest ed and the priestess. I provided a picture there.

NPC them, they're not longer used.

That exchange items already removed from the game, i think 70-80cap e.e
