Can't access the game

I can't access the game, when i'm running launcher.exe and Dragonnest.exe it shows up error "failed to connect the launcher web page" and "unable to connect to the login world" , i was uninstall and reinstall for 3 time and it's still the same. pls help me.

If you're a new player and just made this account you might be having the same problem that I had when i first made my account. I'm not sure what even caused it but using this link to make an account http://us.dragonnest.com/member/Account/SignUp instead solved the issue lol. Try making an account using this link and then logging in.

Nah. When i lauch game by Dragonnest.exe, it can't be load the client. And when i lauch game by DNLAUCHER.exe i can access to the login screen but when i'm clicking in the screen, it show me the message "Unable to connect to the login world" so i can't login ):
