Unfortunately it's been a week already and I'm still banned for apparently "selling gold". A week's worth of V.Eye.P Dragon Eggs and DNP is gone already (and I bet you guys won't back send me the stuff either) and my V.Eye.P is going to expire and I cant even use the discount coupon for the reduced discount. I couldn't complete the Valentine Event for the title and I wasn't able to be part of the enhancement event either.
My unban date is on the 23/03/2018. I don't understand what is the point of even sending a ticket if its gonna take 2 weeks for me to get unbanned (the same time I will get automatically unbanned).

Due to this monkey programming you have unjustly banned a loyal gamer. At this point i'm not going to pursue getting myself unbanned, because it won't happen.

I request for you to ban me forever as I won't be returning to this game anymore. Thanks.

This is really wrong. You've banned a loyal player, and a good one at that, who is part of making the social environment on DN NA a pleasant experience for a lot of new players, me included. I don't know what you can do to make things right for them. Please do instate them and make amends. This isn't good business.
At least correct the process, give players due process to make sure you aren't punishing an innocent person. When someone gets flagged, what does it take to check into their logs, to know they aren't selling/buying gold? A few minutes? Is it not worth the effort to make sure you arent banning a good customer?
