I mean if you literally just looked or talked to someone on another server or someone who knows of what other servers have gotten, You'd have known the every server got that item (Allows you to upgrade a Refined Genesis Accessory to be a Lv95 piece of gear to use Lv95 Gems on.).

BS. Korea got their Gens auto changed to level 95 like out patch notes said ours would. Also what kind of reply is "talk to someone on another server". We shouldn't be required to ask other servers what they got when our patch notes. Your statement makes no sense especially since our notes clearly say something different than their patch notes.
