Weird Behavior

I'm having these kinda problem. What can I do to solve it

My specs are:

Windows 10 64-bit
Intel Graphics HD 4400
Intel core i3-4130T 2.90 Ghz
4 GB RAM DDR3

Most probably because of a bad graphics driver. You ought to get a graphics card.

Did you try a clean reinstall?

nope I figured this could be the problem

if it was bad card the game wouldn't even start it would have crashed

Zengeroff there is no trouble with Win10 the bad card is ported by/into his own PC that is the causing problems !
