    Dear GM
    I made a huge terrible mistake when I was enhancing my ter2 gears, I was doing fine until +19 so I didn't see all my jelly are already consumed, then I did one click to enhance it and then it destroyed, and it also explodes my mind. I really spend so much time and money(and I also spend money on the jelly event) on making my stuff, it's so disappointed when I lose the most important thing by my own mistake. Please, I really have a heart attack right now ,I know it‘s my own problem but I really hope I can get help from you guys to save my life.Thank you so much.     Welp seeing how they don't simply answer ticket or care enough I truly hope that you will be the odd one out and get your destroyed item back.

      The thing about this error is it was mostly human error on your part. They don't even fix their own errors. My heart is with you man. I've clicked notice no jellies and cancelled enhancing a few times. Tier 2 +19 is insane though. Good luck

        everybody in the past has had one item restored in situations like this, but only a one time thing.

        ED Should keep this tradition and restore his item as everybody else who's had this mistake occur before has had it restored.

            The ED staff have told me that they're no longer replacing items that were broken from enhancement. I don't think it would hurt to try to get an item replaced, but it would definitely help if you filed a ticket that described what happened. I'm not a wizard and the ED staff can't magically pull your IGN or item you lost from a quick glance at your post.
