Does NA have a higher Enhance Rate than SEA?

So far im hearing no... but i legit just enhanced my RDNL Mainhand to +12 with 24k gold counting materials that is seemingly impossible
on SEA this was like... 400k with materials ( 150k + alot of jellies.... so many jellies T_T )
Trying to figure out if i could L grade multiple characters

No, same rates across all servers, and it's 400k because their economy is crazy and they wont rage quit after 100k, probably also going for +13+ with 400k gold.
