When will we get the updated Crystal Shop?

A couple patch notes ago they were going to implement the buying of select older costumes in the crystal shop, but ended up taking it out. I think it's been three patches now?
Anyways, I was wondering when we will get that update back? Plus the crystal shop update where you can trade old cash items for crystal points. I've been looking forward to that for some time now!

Well, it seems that sea got the update to at least buy costumes now. So I hope we get it next patch then.

I'd really love to trade my vast amount of unused cash stuff already for old costumes
