LATAM Region is blocked on Steam, GM please fix this..

Here it shows that we aren't supposed to be blocked from STEAM, I can connect but the Steam APP is still REGION BLOCKED !! Its been like that for years..

Mexico for example should be allowed according to that announcement but its impossible to download the game through Steam.

As this shows in Steam Database is imposible to download the game through Steam

They just never bothered changing the region on the steam store. It's still the same as it was on nexon, when the NA server could only be played on the US, Canada, NZ and Australia.
