Is 10 ladder match points gone

I did 10 matches but I got no points from it. I see there is a pre-season but I don't get the whole season segments. Is ladder just busted? You get daily ladder points but the after-weekly-reset would be 600+ points for a minimum of 10 matches even with a 0-10 record (which I can personally confirm!).

You do not get points for completing 10 matches during the preseason. The ladder season should start after the weekly maintenance this week.

GM LIME, it's not even working. 1v1 button is disabled in any given time between the so-called schedule. This started long long long time ago even before lancea awakening. So we're wondering why u keep adding items on ladder shop including hector if we can't get even the slightest item.
