Is it worth doing dungeons on Master difficulty while questing/leveling?

Is there anything worthwhile you get for running them on Master as opposed to Normal, extra loot or achievements or something?

Fair enough, needed to ask because I heard a while back when I played years ago that it was better to just run through Normal on everything until you hit the level cap. I prefer being at least slightly challenged though, especially if there's better loot involved.
