Hi GM Lime,

Please see the picture below while I'm explaining through.

I have checked my server storage yesterday and realized that I didn't get any of the conversion threads.

My guildmate said maybe just wait for another few hours. It was mentioned in the announcement that the reward will be distributed straight away during maintenance.

Just now I logged in again and realized it's still not there.

Please see the pictures below. I have calculated them nicely and reckon that it has reached the 100 pieces purchase cap to be eligible for one.
