It's always been like that. You'll receive the awakening coupon but only see the most recent awakening costume in the vault, sadly :c. You can try submitting a ticket though and see if they can help but I wouldn't get my hopes up too much if I were you. Good luck~

the fact I submitted a ticket and its been 2 days and it still hasn't given me a ticket number and I haven't gotten any replies at all. and now its the weekend so I have to wait another 2 days to even get seen is highly irritating.
