It has been almost 2 weeks since i sent a ticket for the account. Was banned for charge back due to steam identifying payment as a fraud. Contacted steam already and they released the restriction on the account. Sent a ticket to ED the same day that i sent a ticket to steam and still has not been resolved by ED.
