I reported this bug when it came into the server in January, and looking at other servers it doesn't seem to exist in any of them during any of this time. Please fix this it is very annoying to deal with. Spending 5+ months to fix a skill bug is kinda ridiculous. If somehow you devs are completely unaware of this bug, wardens frag cores are randomly appearing like they should, but will not cast swift shot on them and they just randomly disappear and can exist along side a non-bugged frag core. Also please send more premium benefit coupons my last premium benefit expired and I need to buy another. @[GM] DENTITY
