Unbind a costume piece?

Is there anyway to add a listing to a bound piece of costume? I have a rare piece I want to sell but it has no listings left can I change this?

You cant list rare costumes on NA. Only Epic and you have to have a Karma Contract to do that if it has no remaining listings.

But Karma Contracts are hard to come by since they are event only items.
