Ok, so I'm posting this to vent a bit but everyone who agrees or has something else to add, please do so in the comments.
I've played this game since the 24 cap and am incredibly invested into this game, not only with money but with thousands of hours as well. This is my favorite MMO by a long shot BUT there are some things about it that are driving me away from it.
A current gripe of mine is how NA STILL doesn't have a costume extractor for Crystal points or costumes in the Crystal shop. The dragon mount in there is 1.5 million points and that would take an incredibly long time to get. The costs are exorbitant as hell, especially since we cannot extract costumes to get the higher items. If we were able to do so, that would mitigate this issue but it's looking like we aren't ever going to get that feature on NA. Look guys, if you can't or won't give us costume extraction and crystal shop costumes for what ever reason, at least lower the prices for the things that are already in there because playing a game every day for a year or more just to get a dragon mount is crazy. It's just absurd and not really feasible at all. I honestly don't know what you were thinking with that one or if you were even thinking at all.
Also, it really bothers me that every single month there's something broken about a single event or several events. Do you not have any quality assurance there or people testing patches you send out because the amount of bugs present at EVERY patch is worrisome, especially when something literally happens every single month. Honestly, I'd be cool if the game were patched only once every several months because it is completely evident to me that you guys either don't have the capacity or just don't care to make a good monthly patch.
Consider these things, please. I love this game but if things don't start to change for the better I can and will take my time and money elsewhere. I don't want to do that though. I want the game I love to be fixed but if you don't care enough about your game to fix incredible amounts of errors, oversights and just poor management in general, then I don't care enough to stay around to watch DN fade further into obscurity and lose what little playerbase it has.
