Launcher error

Ever since the last maintenance, my dragon nest launcher keeps getting an error, preventing me from playing. I tried reinstalling dragon nest on my pc and on steam but the same error code [10010] pops up every time.

Am I the only one with this issue? Assistance ASAP is appreciated.

Update: I found a work around to my problem. I made a new user account on my pc and opened my launcher again. It worked! I still don't know exactly what was preventing it from working, but I guess I'll leave this post here in case anyone else has a similar issue. Have fun playing!
