Bingo Compensation

So is anyone else unable to collect the bingo compensation? I keep trying to collect it but it keeps saying I don't have the inventory space. Which I know isn't true. So I'm just wondering if it's just me, or am I doing something wrong? Going to submit a ticket about soon anyhow.
