Making a new post since the other one never got a response, During last patch you removed the altera pro pack from the cash shop, as well as the skill reset scroll that you can purchase in game from the dungeon points shop without any notice what so ever, is this intentional? then why not make a announcement and if it isn't intentional then this is unacceptable and many players depend on both of those items heavily.
