When do pwr, nest, hearts (ressurection) reset?

9am pst is the daily reset which affects dailies, daily pwr, red hearts, & etc.
Saturday 9am pst is our weekly reset which affects nests, weekly pwr, & etc.

After our transfer, there's been a few hiccups here and there in which the daily reset happens multiple times a day, experienced that a few times myself.
