i was online and saw message in world chat that selling enhancement jellies is fastest way to make gold.

Pretty much the "legal" way of buying gold so yes it would be the fastest way of making gold. I'm pretty sure most people (if they buy gold) straight up buy gold or sell cash shop currency(against tos), since the rate is much higher than selling jellies. Also there is the problem of competition of other people selling jellies.
