is there a GM that I can directly talk to. I submitted a 1:1 ticket and at first their like my account dont exist in sea when i said NA then they relooked into my account and say my information is not valid, when i’m the original owner i owned this account since it was during nexon. I can show any pay statements, original emails, proof of registered email.

Nexon sent out notice that they would be transferring Dragon Nest NA service to Eyedentity back in 2016. The time period to confirm your account for transferring was July 14, 2016 to September 27, 2016. If you failed to log in during that time period to confirm your account, it is now lost forever.
