Guild level problem

Anyone else having the problem where when you level up the guild level, it shows you level up but stays the same level and spends the points?
ex.
We hit 15 today, it showed the guild leveled to 15 to all the guild members online.
Then more people logged on and it says were level 14, so the people who were online relogged and it reverted from 15 back to 14. All guild points spent.

or is it just our guild lol.

edit: this also happened at level 7 and level 12. We had to do both levels twice.

this happened with my guild too, leveled 14>15 but still showed 14. waiting until reset fixed it since im sure its just a visual error
