Account flagged for no reason

Hello, Can some one please help me fix this.
I dont even know how i get flagged
and i am doing everthing normally and still get flagged.
I only returned for few month and this is real frustration after spent over 3000$ to make my main character close to endgame gear.

all my tickets are still not responded. over the 12 day. they only get 741 tickets.
its like processing 62 tickets per day, that's not even an intensive job to do for one person.
plus they should have multiple person working on it.
is it so hard for them to simply respond in time?

Hello???? Does EYE just give no fcking care to player at all now? tf is going on. i've been flagged for over a week and i haven't use any third party program.
i did few hundred sunset and get flagged and lots of pp doing a lot more not getting flagged whatsoever.
DO YOU JUST GIVE NO DAMN TO CUSTUMERS AT ALL?

It's been several days now and I got a ticket saying they would look into it and reset my score. However, I'm still banned for whatever reason.
