FIX SUNSET CLOISTER DROP RATE TO WHAT THE PATCH SAYS ALREADY!!!

The patch says you would double it and somehow you guys screw it up and make it WORSE than before (50% less).

BET! They may be delaying a fix until hot springs gets the PWR/FTG boost in replace of the 10% drop rate. BET!
