MOONLORD TO DESTROYER? Help me plss. tyyy

So, I want to change my job to destro mainly because i want to be much use in raids not like moonlord. so many moonlord and many strong moonlord and has been out dps by vena plaga. So I want to ask if its worth it for me to change my job to DESTROYER from moonlord. btw gears are not a problem i can very much farm all of them. hehe. i always grind. XD. here is a pic my current gears. all of them has ljade. maybe u can help me too in becoming best destroyer too if i change my job hehe. TYYY FOR THE KIND REPLYSS! AND ADVICES!
