What are Petals and Nightmare Stars?

I've just got hold of a Fortune Coin - Nightmare Star, which says it gives me Nightmare Stare +500 for a day. I also got a pouch recharging 500 Petals.

I have no idea what these are.

Nightmare stars are for nightmare shop and the Petals are like scales when we were with Nexon.
