So how does one go about claiming these rewards? There's nothing on the site that shows how to go about doing it.

you were supposed to accept an agreement back when the game was still under nexon, the notice came out months ago and if you did so, you would get the rewards.

assuming you transferred your data a few months back, the rewards should be in your special storage, the little box with the exclamation point near the bottom left
