DNP back Event? Waiting all morning

Nope, i still havent received it either. I tried sending a ticket but dosent work. So im posting on forums and trying to contact them another way.

i cant even put in a ticket so be lucky iv tried everything to get a hold of someone cuz i spent 35 bucks when they had the rebate event and didnt get my dnp back from the rebate

I know guys. SUCKS. i just heard that if you used EYE Credit instead of EYE total to input EC, rebate has not been distributed. EYE total has all been issued. I really wish they would tell us whats going on, i been waiting all day for this.

I purchased EC through Steam and havent gotten credit. My friend who bought EC directly with a debit card through the site got his DNP back

it shouldnt be taking this long to get the dnp even if using steam.. it still shows on your account if you view your transactions on the dn site so using steam shouldnt delay things. x.x eyedentity, pls.

I wish they would release an update of some kind on the forums to let us know why tf its taking so long x.x i dont want the problem to never get resolved today and then tomorrow they're like "oops! too late! cant get your rebate now~ you had all day yesterday to get it" QQ

ya idk it shouldnt matter they got money from us for the rebate so they should give us the rebate just wish they would hurry and read this forum so we can get our rebate that we deserve
